common “quick-weight-loss-product scams” and give you the
Real Keys to creating and maintaining, a strong, lean, healthy body.

Exercise equipment never has been and never will be the answer to permanent fat loss. Fitness equipment has its place, however most pieces gather dust whilst ‘marketers’ make money from desperate people.

My First point here is that diet is important but it is not the only key to losing fat and having the natural lean body that 99% of the population was designed to have.

For example: if you are not getting enough sleep and rest it will be nearly impossible for you to eat healthy foods consistently.

When your blood sugar drops and you are feeling tired because of a lack of sleep you feel strangely pulled towards a caffeine, sugar or a fat ‘pick-me-up’ that will sabotage your fat loss efforts (plus you will get sick without rest and good food).

When you know what foods stimulate the ‘fat storage hormone’ and what foods stimulate the ‘fat burning hormone’ you will be able negotiate ‘non-routine situations’ without the use of a food counts book or a computer program (eating out, parties etc as mentioned above) and still look, function and feel great.

OK, these examples are little silly – just like the product claims, but you get my point – which is, to be lean, fit and healthy:

  • There is NO SUPER FOOD that is the key
  • There is NO SUPER PIECE OF EXERCISE EQUIPMENT that is the key
  • There is NO SUPER CRAZY DIET that is the key
  • There is NO PILL OR POTION that is the key

Take it from someone who has been studying the human body, exercise, nutrition and rest for decades and who does indeed posses the ‘sought after six-pack!’ The key or I should say – the ‘Philosophy’ that never lets me down – and anyone that follows it is…

Three Pillars Health is essentially keeping all three pillars strong and balanced, as these are the pillars that support your Three Pillared Temple of Health – which is your body.
To be lean as healthy as possible, it is not just about or diet, or just about exercise or rest it as about keeping all three pillars strong – this is the key.

OK, let’s look at each pillar in brief…
Exercise. Some easy exercise each day, (walking=easy) and a few brief bursts of high intensity exercise for 1/2 an hour twice per week is more than enough
Eat Foods that help you burn fat and limit the ones that makes you body store fat (most of the time). You don’t have to be and shouldn’t be obsessive about it.
Rest is important. This would include sleep and also – relaxing times during the day and before sleeping. If you do not rest enough you will find yourself looking for an “energy boosting pick-me-up” which will inevitably be high in caffeine and or sugar and fat which will result in a spike in energy before the inevitable fall to go with fat storage. Plus – without enough rest your immune system will not work as well as it can and you will get sick as a result.
